APLIKO PËR VLERËSIM TË PROJEKTEVE
Youth Initiative for Human Rights në Kosovë (YIHR – KS) është duke kërkuar një ekspert për
përpilimin e kornizës vlerësuese të projektit “Kosovo Youth Dialogue” që mbështetet nga
USAID.
Projekti “Kosovo Youth Dialogue” është një projekt 30 mujor me qëllim kryesor që të fuqizojë
të rinjtë të jenë pjesëmarrës aktiv në procesin e ballafaqimit me të kaluarën dhe pajtimit në
Kosovë.
Youth Initiative for Human Rights – Kosovë (YIHR – KS) është formuar në vitin 2004 si
organizate jo – qeveritare lokale, e bindur se të drejtat e njeriut dhe vlerat shoqërore janë bazë e
çdo shoqërie progresive dhe të hapur. YIHR KS është e dedikuar në procesin e ballafaqimit me
të kaluarën, mbrojtjen e viktimave të shkeljve të drejtave të njeriut dhe promovimin e sundimit të
ligjit.
Përshkrimi i Shërbimit:
YIHR KS është duke kërkuar një ekspert që të përpilojë një kornizë vlerësuese të projekteve të
saj dhe ekzekutimin e vlerësimit të të projektit “Kosovo Youth Dialogue”.
Detyrat:
1. Përpilim të një kornize dhe metodologji vlerësuese të projektit “Kosovo Youth Dialogue”
2. Ekzekutim të vlerësimit.
Dokumentet për aplikim:
1. Letra motivuese që shpjegon pse eksperti do të ishte i përshtatshëm për këtë shërbim;
2. CV apo ndonjë dokument tjetër që dëshmon ekspertizë;
3. Dokumente përcjellëse të punës së mëparshme;
4. Oferta financiare për 10 ditë pune.

APPLY FOR MONITORING AND EVALUATION
Youth Initiative for Human Rights in Kosovo (YIHR – KS) is seeking an expert to develop the
M&E framework of the USAID-supported project “Kosovo Youth Dialogue”.
“Kosovo Youth Dialogue” is a 30 month project aimed at empowering young people to be active
participants in the process of dealing with the past and reconciliation in Kosovo.
Youth Initiative for Human Rights – Kosovo (YIHR – KS) was formed in 2004 as a local non-
governmental organization, convinced that human rights and social values are the basis of every
progressive and open society. YIHR KS is dedicated to dealing with the past, protecting victims
of human rights abuses and promoting the rule of law
Service description:
YIHR KS is seeking an expert to develop an evaluation framework for its projects and the
execution of the evaluation of the Kosovo Youth Dialogue project.
Duties:
1. Developing a framework and M&E methodology for the Kosovo Youth Dialogue project
2. Execution of the evaluation.
