Youth Initiative for Human Rights invites you to apply for participation in the program Links (Linking Kosovo and Serbia), which will take place between 3 and 16 November. This program is organised with the aim of contributing to the creation of links between young people from Serbia and Kosovo and their inclusion in the discussion of the problems plaguing the two societies.

During the program, 30 participants (15 from Serbia and Kosovo) will jointly map out problems, relations between Belgrade and Prishtina and critically reflect on the negotiations conducted in Brussels. Young people will, in the form of a declaration, present recommendations for improving relations between the two societies.

The program is designed for all socio-politically active individuals (activists, members / youth political parties, students / activists, young people engaged in NGO sector, employees in the public sector, the press, artists and cultural workers) who are interested to engage in conversation about the relationship between Serbia and Kosovo.

The program consists of three phases:

In order to contribute in strengthening the cooperation between the youth of the region, the Youth Initiative for Human Rights works on exchange programs between Kosovo and Serbia since 2003. YIHR believes that the relations in the region should be built on trust and mutual understanding, and working on creating a platform for young people to meet and discuss important social and political problems.

The official language of the program is English. The organizers bear the costs of travel, accommodation and meals during the entire duration of the program.
