Open call for applications for the Peace Fellowship Program

Program description: Youth Initiative for Human Rights – Kosovo is organizing a three-month paid fellowship. Fifteen students from Albanian and Serbian communities in Kosovo will have a chance to participate in the paid fellowship, first of its kind, where they will work in different civil society organizations in Kosovo. The program is designed to embrace young people in their professional capacity development and get them to consider working for NGOs that primarily work with other ethnicities in Kosovo so as to build bridges of communication and cooperation between them. Furthermore, during the fellowship period, the participants of the fellowship will be working on their own research projects in cooperation with their hosting NGOs, while their work will serve as an educational resource for young people and interested stakeholders. YIHR KS will pay the fellows a monthly fee during their fellowship as well as provide mentoring and capacity building throughout the duration of the fellowship.The fellowship will start from the 1st of July and last until the 1st of October 2021.
