Bjeshka became part of YIHR KS in 2017 as a senior researcher within the project “Youth Participation for Inclusive Education and Human Rights”. Bjeshka is finishing her studies at the Department of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Prishtina and the Faculty of Law at the same university. For a while, she was engaged as a researcher in the project “Memory of Kosovo” implemented by the National Library of Kosovo. Within the organization she is working as a Coordinator of the Youth Empowerment Program. Over the years at YIHR KS she has been involved in projects related to discrimination, dialogue, collective memory, oral history and the use of various art forms to promote human rights. Bjeshka constantly attends workshops, training and seminars in the field of human rights, storytelling, dealing with the past and building peace. She is a devout environmentalist and in her spare time prefers to explore different knowledge.
