Panel discussion: “Who kidnapped the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue?”
Panel discussion and promotion of the new edition of Perspectives, a publication by the Heinrich Böll Foundation’s regional office in Belgrade titled “Kosovo 1999-2019: A Hostage Crisis.”
A panel discussion entitled “Who kidnapped the Serbia-Kosovo dialogue?” will take place on Friday, February 14th, 2020 at 1PM at the Kosovo 2.0’s HUB 2.0, Rr. Ferat Dragaj 60-1, Prishtinë, 10000, Kosovë (the entrance on the back of the Furra Qerimi 1 building).Marigona Shabiu, YIHR Kosovo Executive Director, Tatjana Lazarević, KoSSev Editor, and Simon Ilse, Heinrich Böll Foundation Belgrade’s office director, will discuss Serbia-Kosovo relations in the context of questions that remain unresolved 20 years after the war in Kosovo and the NATO intervention. The discussion will be moderated by Milan Bogdanović, program coordinator at the Heinrich Böll Foundation’s regional office in Belgrade.
The event is open to the public and the media. The working language of the event is English, with provided simultaneous translation in Albanian.
