Thirteen years after the war in Kosovo, the fate of the 1770 missing persons remains unknown. Symbolism of the action organised today consisted of placing clocks with a question mark in Mother Teresa Square in Prishtina, symbolizing the concern about how long families have had to wait and are continuing to, in learning the fate of their loved ones.

Denial of the right of families to know the fate of their loved ones is a continuation of a serious violation of fundamental human rights. Therefore, we ask the governments in the region to show sincere willingness, to engage and commit themselves to shed light upon the circumstances of the disappearance of all victims, the discovery of the countries where remains are hidden and punish perpetrators of these crimes.
