With five years of NGO experience, Hana worked in youth empowerment and non-formal education. Hana joined YIHR KS in 2022 and works as a Projects Coordinator in the Dealing with the Past program, focusing on reconciliation inter-ethnic cooperation, and conflict transformation. Her work continues to foster understanding, resilience, and positive change within communities.
