🚨 Peace Academy Wrap 🚨

We are thrilled to share that the 2nd edition of the Peace Academy has officially wrapped up, and what an inspiring 6 days it’s been! ✊🏻

Eight renowned guest speakers and academics from around the world, including Majbritt Lyck-Bowen, Reid Pierce, Lucia Pulido Fentanes, Gezim Visoka, Sanja Pavlović, Shyrete Tahiri, Atdhe Hetemi, and Bekim Blakaj, came together to offer diverse and thought-provoking perspectives on dealing with the past, transitional justice, state-building, and peacebuilding. 🌍 Their rich insights have left an incredible mark on our 12 participants, who come from different communities across Kosovo.

Together, they explored academic lectures, engaged in guest talks, and participated in non-formal learning experiences that will empower them as future leaders of change. 💬

Under the expert facilitation of Sabina Kaqinari, these changemakers now have the tools and knowledge to drive peacebuilding and reconciliation efforts throughout the Western Balkans. 🎓

A huge thank you to our speakers and participants for making this experience so impactful. The journey toward lasting peace continues, and we’re incredibly proud of the progress we’ve made together. 🙏✨
