HRW 11 – “Where Home Once Was” exhibition

Featuring poignant stories from the Virtual Museum of Refugees, this space is a testament to the lived experiences of civilians during the last war in Kosovo. Through audio narratives, we honor their resilience and recognize the fundamental rights violations they endured.

This exhibition highlights the vital importance of collective remembrance of the past, and it urges the institutions to implement mechanisms for acknowledging and including marginalized civilian experiences in the main public discourse regarding the war narratives in Kosovo.
