Youth Initiative for Human Rights in Kosovo (YIHR – KS) is seeking to engage one (1) short-term researcher to produce a policy paper on Western Balkans EU integration and harmonization with the EU law.
The researcher is expected to carry out the following duties:
- Produce one policy paper on the topics of EU Integration based on specific guidelines primarily focused on bringing into the context of Western Balkans EU integration and harmonization with the EU law of AI Act, Digital Markets Act (DMA) and Digital Services Act (DSA) in Kosovo;
- Conduct other related research;
- Perform other related tasks as required.
The researcher shall fulfill the following minimum requirements:
- Possess advanced skills in and knowledge of research methodologies and policy paper writing;
- Two (2) years of experience in researching and policy paper writing;
- Two (2) years of experience in working with non-governmental organizations;
- Expert knowledge of digital rights; and
- Excellent writing skills in English.
