About HRN
The Human Rights Network in Kosovo (HRN) is a coalition of civil society organizations working together to promote and protect human rights. We strengthen local organizations, push for policy changes, and monitor human rights in Kosovo to ensure fundamental freedoms for all.

Position: Intern
Based at the YIHR KS office in Prishtina, this five-month internship will give you the opportunity to:

  • Dive into hands-on human rights advocacy.
  • Conduct in-depth research on critical human rights issues in Kosovo.
  • Monitor and report on human rights developments.
  • Organize impactful events and activities.
  • Work alongside a network of passionate changemakers.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re calling on last-year bachelor’s students, master’s students, or recent graduates in social sciences who:

  • Have a solid understanding of the human rights landscape in Kosovo.
  • Are skilled in research and analysis.
  • Care deeply about human rights, advocacy, and social justice.
  • Can work independently and thrive in a team setting.
  • Communicate fluently in English and Albanian or Serbian.
  • Know their way around Microsoft Office and project management tools.

This is a paid internship.
