Dea joined YIHR KS in 2026 as Programme Director. She is also Vice President of the Governing Board of the Dialogue Academy Network of Alumnae (DANA). Her work focuses on gender, human rights, mediation, and post-conflict governance, with
a particular interest in feminist approaches to knowledge production and gendered experiences of violence. Dea holds a Master of Philosophy in Multidisciplinary Gender Studies from the University of Cambridge, and an LLB from the University of
Prishtina. She represented the University of Prishtina at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where her team placed second runner-up and received several distinctions, including Presidential Recognition. Previously, she
held various research, project management, and advocacy roles across Kosovo’s civil society sector, including at GLPS, KCSS, Medica Gjakova, Lëvizja FOL, and Debate Centre.
