YIHR KS is launching the second edition of Peace Academy in Kosovo, which aims to connect world-leading scholars with local peace practitioners for a unique educational journey!
Step into a world of enlightenment and inspiration as we unveil Kosovo’s most extraordinary educational endeavor – the Peace Academy. Embark on this educational journey where knowledge meets practice and renowned scholars from prestigious world-leading universities, alongside peacebuilding leading experts from Kosovo, converge to nurture a new generation of peacemakers in Kosovo.
The purpose is to train 15 young individuals to become certified trainers in peacebuilding and reconciliation. The target group includes youth leaders, civil society actors, and educators from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
The Peace Academy takes place during six days, from May 9 to 14, 2025. It is composed of Academic lectures, guest talk sessions and non-formal education.

Sabina Kaqinari, an experienced trainer focused on peace and conflict resolution, will facilitate the Academy.
