Challenging masculinity norms and prevention of gender-based violence

Association Fenomena and YIHR Kosovo held a five-day training in Prizren, uniting young people from Serbia and Kosovo. Focused on preventing gender-based violence, the program focused on addressing and challenging traditional and patriarchal norms of masculinity.

Twelve participants co-led workshops, guided by experienced trainers, fostering collaboration and empowering them to take an active role in promoting gender equality.
