Bubulina Peni joined the YIHR Kosovo team in June 2026 as a Project Coordinator.
She began her career in journalism in 2020 and continues to report on issues related to human rights
and dealing with the past. For her journalistic work, she has received awards from international
organizations, including Peaceful Change Initiative and Caritas Switzerland in Kosovo.
Earlier in her career, she also worked as a Public Relations and Social Media Officer.
Bubulina holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and is currently completing her master’s degree in
International Relations and Diplomacy. During her studies, she participated in the Erasmus+ programme
twice, spending one semester at the University of Wrocław (Poland) and another at the University of
Ljubljana (Slovenia).
