Rina is the Programme Director of YIHR KS, and joined our team in 2020, initially as a Program Assistant. She completed her master’s studies in Social Policy at the University of Tirana and earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work at the University of Prishtina. Since childhood, Rina has been very active in her community, formalizing this engagement by participating in numerous organizations in Kosovo and beyond. She is a dedicated advocate of non-formal education and street activism, which are integral to her work at YIHR KS.
