Erona joined YIHR KS in January 2021 as Program Assistant and now works as Finance and Administrative Officer. She studied Psychology at the University of Prishtina. Prior to joining YIHR KS, Erona was engaged as an intern in different local NGOs that promote social equality. She also worked as a Communication and Administrative Officer at The Ideas Partnership, contributing to the empowerment and well-being of Roma, Ashkali, and the Egyptian community. Erona is a passionate advocate for human rights, diversity, and social equality, she believes that everyone deserves to live in a safe and supportive environment.
