YIHR KS is seeking a skilled and passionate individual to organize and facilitate a Model United Nations (MUN) simulation activity.
As a facilitator, you will play a critical role in helping students gain a deeper understanding of global issues, develop their leadership skills, and enhance their public speaking abilities.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in international relations, diplomacy, and politics. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in organizing MUN conferences, and the ability to work with diverse groups of students.
Your responsibilities will include designing the simulation program, developing the agenda, assigning roles to participants, and guiding the participants in their research and preparation. You will also be responsible for creating a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages students to engage in constructive debate, negotiation, and compromise.
